राष्ट्रिय योजना आयोग र गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ (एनआरएनए) बीच विश्वभर रहेका ३ लाखभन्दा बढी नेपाली विज्ञहरूलाई राष्ट्रिय विकासमा परिचालन गर्ने विषयमा काठमाडौंमा छलफल भएको छ। आयोगका उपाध्यक्ष गुणकर भट्टसँगको भेटमा एनआरएनए प्रतिनिधिमण्डलले चौथो विश्व नेपाली ज्ञान सम्मेलनको अवधारणा पत्र प्रस्तुत गरेको थियो। यो सहकार्यले नेपालको पूर्वाधार र अर्थतन्त्रलाई मजबुत बनाउन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय ज्ञान, सीप र लगानीको उपयोग गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
