सर्वोच्च अदालतले दर्ता नभएकी एक भुटानी शरणार्थी महिला सारा गजमेरको मिर्गौला प्रत्यारोपणका लागि बाटो खोल्न सरकारका नाममा परमादेश जारी गरेको छ। आफ्नी गम्भीर बिरामी श्रीमतीको उपचारमा कानुनी अड्चन आएको भन्दै खर्कबहादुर गजमेरले दायर गरेको रिटमा अदालतले यस्तो आदेश दिएको हो। काठमाडौंमा उपचाररत ती महिलाको जीवन रक्षाका लागि प्रशासनिक बाधा हटाएर प्रक्रिया छिटो अघि बढाउन अदालतले निर्देशन दिएको छ।
