काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतले गोपनीयताको हक उल्लंघन गरेको आरोपमा अनुसन्धानका लागि जनआस्था साप्ताहिकका प्रधानसम्पादक किशोर श्रेष्ठलाई थप चार दिन हिरासतमा राख्न अनुमति दिएको छ। चरित्र हत्या र गोपनीयता भंग गरेको भन्दै प्रहरीले श्रेष्ठलाई बुधबार राति ललितपुरस्थित उनको निवासबाट पक्राउ गरेको थियो। यसैबीच, श्रेष्ठकी पत्नी सरस्वती श्रेष्ठले दायर गरेको बन्दी प्रत्यक्षीकरण रिटमा सर्वोच्च अदालतमा सुनुवाइ सकिएको छ। प्रेस काउन्सिल नेपाल र वर्ल्ड एसोसिएसन अफ प्रेस काउन्सिल लगायतका संस्थाहरूले पत्रकार श्रेष्ठको पक्राउ र सञ्चार गृहमा गरिएको छापाप्रति गम्भीर चासो व्यक्त गरेका छन्।
