संसदीय अर्थ समितिले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका गभर्नर र सञ्चालक समिति सदस्यहरूको कार्यकाल पाँच वर्षबाट घटाएर तीन वर्षमा सीमित गर्ने सहमति गरेको छ। बिहीबार बसेको समितिको बैठकमा केन्द्रीय बैंकसँग सम्बन्धित विधेयकमाथिको छलफलका क्रममा यो निर्णय भएको हो। प्रस्तावित संशोधनले गभर्नर र सञ्चालक समितिको वर्तमान पदावधिलाई छोट्याउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
