नेपाल आँखा अस्पतालले हालै काठमाडौंको नख्खु कारागारमा नि:शुल्क आँखा परीक्षण शिविर आयोजना गरेको छ, जहाँ १,२२६ जनाको परीक्षण गरिएको थियो। शिविरमा ९०७ कैदीबन्दीका साथै कारागारका कर्मचारी र ज्येष्ठ नागरिकहरूको आँखा जाँच गरी विभिन्न समस्याहरू पहिचान गरिएको थियो। अस्पतालका सीईओ धर्मराज गोसाईंका अनुसार मोतियाबिन्दु देखिएका २० जनाको अस्पतालमा नि:शुल्क शल्यक्रिया गरिनेछ।
