गोरखा र धादिङ जिल्लाका ६ वटा स्थानीय तहबीच आरुघाट आधारभूत अस्पतालको सेवा विस्तार र स्तरोन्नति गर्न सहमति भएको छ। दुई जिल्लाको सीमा क्षेत्रमा रहेको यस अस्पतालको सेवा प्रभावकारी बनाउन साझा सहकार्य गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको हो। गाउँपालिकाका स्वास्थ्य शाखा संयोजक प्रवीण थापाका अनुसार दुवै जिल्लाका प्रतिनिधिहरूबीच भएको छलफलपछि यो सहमति जुटेको हो।
