अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले रुपन्देहीको भैरहवास्थित मालपोत कार्यालयका पूर्व प्रमुख कुमार आचार्यसहित पाँच जनाविरुद्ध काठमाडौंको विशेष अदालतमा भ्रष्टाचार मुद्दा दायर गरेको छ। मन्दिरको नाममा रहेको जग्गा व्यक्तिको नाममा दर्ता गरी गैरकानुनी लाभ लिएको र सरकारी सम्पत्तिमा हानि पुऱ्याएको आरोप उनीहरूमाथि लगाइएको छ। अख्तियारले प्रतिवादीहरूबाट ४५ करोड ३० लाख रुपैयाँ बिगो दाबी गरेको छ। झुटा कागजात तयार गरी जग्गा नामसारी गरेको अभियोगमा उनीहरूविरुद्ध मुद्दा चलाइएको हो।
