प्रतिनिधि सभाले भोटेकोशी-त्रिशूली विपद् र हिमालय क्षेत्रमा जलवायु परिवर्तनको प्रभावबारे अध्ययन गर्न १५ सदस्यीय संसदीय विशेष समिति गठन गरेको छ। सभामुख डोलप्रसाद अर्यालले प्रतिनिधि सभा नियमावली २०२६ को नियम १८० बमोजिम उक्त समिति गठनको प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो। सिंहदरबारमा बसेको कार्यव्यवस्था परामर्श समितिको बैठकपछि जलवायु न्याय र रसुवा क्षेत्रको वातावरणीय संकट समाधानका लागि यो समिति बनाइएको हो।
