एसियाली खेलकुदको क्रिकेट क्वार्टरफाइनल वर्षाका कारण रद्द, नेपाल बाहिरियो

जापानको नागोयास्थित कोरोगी स्पोर्ट्स पार्कमा मंगलबार हुन लागेको श्रीलंकाविरुद्धको क्वार्टरफाइनल खेल वर्षाका कारण रद्द हुँदा नेपाल एसियाली खेलकुदको क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिताबाट बाहिरिएको छ। नेपाल क्रिकेट संघका अनुसार लगातार परेको वर्षाका कारण टससमेत हुन सकेन र श्रीलंका उच्च टी–२० वरीयताका आधारमा अघि बढ्यो। यसअघि नेपालले समूह ‘ए’ मा तीन अंकसहित शीर्ष स्थान हासिल गर्दै पहिलो खेलमा अफगानिस्तानलाई पाँच विकेटले पराजित गरेको थियो भने आयोजक जापानविरुद्धको दोस्रो खेल नतिजाविहीन भएको थियो। कोरोगी एथलेटिक पार्कमा भएको त्यस खेलमा नेपालले १५० रन बनाएपछि वर्षाले जापानको इनिङ्स सुरु हुन नदिँदा खेल रद्द भई अंक बाँडिएको थियो।
