बाढीले विद्युत् पूर्वाधारमा क्षति, एनईएले भारतबाट १,१५४ मेगावाट आयात गर्ने

नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरण (एनईए) ले हिउँदमा लोडसेडिङ रोक्न जनवरीदेखि मेसम्म भारतबाट बढीमा १,१५४ मेगावाट विद्युत् आयात गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ। हालैको बाढी र पहिरोले जलविद्युत् उत्पादन तथा प्रसारण पूर्वाधारमा क्षति पुर्‍याएपछि यस्तो योजना अघि सारिएको हो। एनईएका कार्यकारी निर्देशक दीर्घायु कुमार श्रेष्ठका अनुसार ४३० मेगावाट विद्युत् प्रणालीबाट बाहिरिएको छ र उत्पादन, प्रसारण तथा वितरण पूर्वाधारमा करिब ७४ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको प्रारम्भिक क्षति भएको अनुमान छ। अगस्ट २६ मा भोटेकोशी नदीमा आएको बाढीले माथिल्लो त्रिशूली-III 'बी' आयोजनाको २२० केभी हबलगायत विभिन्न जलविद्युत् आयोजनामा असर पुर्‍यायो भने सर्लाहीको मलंगवा सबस्टेसनमा पानी पसेपछि १० स्थानीय इकाइमा विद्युत् आपूर्ति अवरुद्ध भयो। काठमाडौं उपत्यकामा भूमिगत वितरण प्रणालीको प्राविधिक कामका कारण कुलेश्वर, बानेश्वर, जोरपाटीलगायत क्षेत्रमा अक्टोबर १ देखि १२ सम्म विद्युत् कटौती हुने भएको छ।

    लगातार वर्षा, बाढी, पहिरो, हावाहुरी र चट्याङका कारण प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा विद्युत् आपूर्ति कायम राख्न तथा सेवा पुनःस्थापना गर्न नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरणले तयारी र समन्वय तीव्र बनाएको छ। प्राधिकरणका कार्यकारी निर्देशक दीर्घायु कुमार श्रेष्ठले भर्चुअल बैठक गरी स्थितिको समीक्षा गरेका छन् भने प्राधिकरणले देशभरका वितरण तथा प्रसारण संरचनाको अवस्था निरन्तर अनुगमन गरिरहेको छ। सर्लाहीको मलंगवास्थित प्राधिकरणको सबस्टेसनमा पानी पसेपछि आइतबार बिहान करिब ४ बजेदेखि १० स्थानीय तहमा विद्युत् आपूर्ति अवरुद्ध भएको छ। प्राधिकरणको मलंगवा वितरण केन्द्रका अनुसार यो विवरण प्राविधिक इन्जिनियर सौरभ शाहले दिएका हुन्।

    नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरण (एनईए) का अनुसार बाढी र पहिरोले विद्युत् पूर्वाधारमा करिब ७४ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको क्षति पुर्‍याएको छ र ४३० मेगावाट विद्युत् प्रणालीबाट बाहिरिएको छ। एनईएका कार्यकारी निर्देशक दीर्घायु कुमार श्रेष्ठका अनुसार हिउँदमा लोडसेडिङ रोक्न आगामी जनवरीदेखि मेसम्म भारतबाट १,१५४ मेगावाट विद्युत् आयात गर्ने योजना छ। सर्लाहीको मलंगवा सबस्टेसनमा पानी पसेपछि १० स्थानीय तहको विद्युत् आपूर्ति अवरुद्ध भएको छ भने रघुघाट जलविद्युत् आयोजना सञ्चालनमा आउन १० दिन लाग्ने बताइएको छ। अर्घाखाँचीबाट प्युठानमा विद्युत् पुर्‍याउने ३३ केभी लाइनलगायत बाढी प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा विद्युत् सेवा पुनःस्थापनाको काम तीव्र गतिमा भइरहेको छ।
