काठमाडौंस्थित विशेष अदालतले सुरक्षा छपाई केन्द्रका पूर्व कार्यकारी निर्देशक बिकल पौडेललाई ४१९.४ मिलियन रुपैयाँ भ्रष्टाचारको मुद्दामा दोषी ठहर गरेको छ। विशेष अदालतका अध्यक्ष बासुदेव आचार्य तथा सदस्यहरू उमेश कोइराला र विदुर कोइराला सम्मिलित इजलासले उनलाई दोषी ठहर गर्दै दुई वर्ष छ महिना कैद र ४१९.४७ मिलियन रुपैयाँ जरिवानाको फैसला सुनाएको छ। अदालतले सोही रकम बराबरको सम्पत्ति जफत गर्न पनि आदेश दिएको छ।
