सर्वोच्च अदालतका न्यायाधीश हरि फुयालले बुधबार संवैधानिक इजलासमा बस्न अस्वीकार गर्दै प्रधानन्यायाधीश डा. मनोजकुमार शर्माले इजलास गठनमा गरेको स्वविवेकलाई मनपरी भनेर प्रश्न उठाए। यसका कारण बुधबार सर्वोच्च अदालतको संवैधानिक इजलास बस्न सकेन। काठमाडौंमा असोज २१ गते (अक्टोबर ७) को यो घटनाले सर्वोच्च अदालतभित्रको गहिरो तनाव उजागर गरेको छ। प्रधानन्यायाधीश शर्मा पदभार सम्हालेपछि न्यायाधीश फुयाललाई कुनै पनि संवैधानिक इजलासमा समावेश गरिएको थिएन, तर बुधबारको मुद्दा सूचीमा उनको नाम प्रधानन्यायाधीश शर्मा र न्यायाधीश सपना प्रधानसँगै राखिएको थियो।
