चाडपर्वको समयमा काठमाडौं उपत्यकाका करिब १५ देखि २० प्रमुख स्थानमा एलपीजी उद्योगहरूले संयुक्त बिक्री काउन्टर सञ्चालन गर्ने तयारी गरेका छन्। उपभोक्ताले एक ब्रान्डको खाली सिलिन्डर अर्को ब्रान्डको भरिएको सिलिन्डरसँग कुनै थप शुल्क नतिरी साट्न सक्नेछन्। नेपाल एलपीजी उद्योग संघका पूर्व अध्यक्ष शिवप्रसाद घिमिरेका अनुसार कम्पनीहरूबीच यसबारे आन्तरिक सहमति भएको छ। दशैंमा आफ्नो सिलिन्डर कुनै खास ब्रान्डको भएकै कारण उपभोक्ताले अभाव भोग्नु नपरोस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले यो व्यवस्था गरिएको हो।
