पर्यटन प्रवर्द्धन, अन्तरनगर सहकार्य र तीन प्रमुख गन्तव्यमा बढी पर्यटक आकर्षित गर्ने उद्देश्यले पोखरा, भरतपुर र लुम्बिनीलाई जोड्ने 'सिल्भर ट्रायएंगल' पर्यटन परियोजना अघि बढाइएको छ। कास्कीको पोखरा महानगरपालिका, चितवनको भरतपुर महानगरपालिका र रुपन्देहीको लुम्बिनी संस्कृतिक नगरपालिका यस योजनामा संयुक्त रूपमा काम गरिरहेका छन्। तीनवटै स्थानीय सरकारले पर्यटन प्रवर्द्धन, असल अभ्यासको आदानप्रदान र पारस्परिक सहकार्य गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेका छन्।
