राष्ट्रपति रामचन्द्र पौडेलले शुक्रबार राष्ट्रिय फोरेन्सिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशालाको स्थापना तथा सञ्चालनसम्बन्धी विधेयक प्रमाणीकरण गर्नुका साथै विज्ञान, प्रविधि तथा नवप्रवर्तनसम्बन्धी दुई अध्यादेश जारी गर्नुभएको छ। संघीय संसदबाट पारित उक्त विधेयक संविधानको धारा ११३(२) बमोजिम प्रमाणीकरण गरिएको हो। राष्ट्रपति कार्यालयका सहायक प्रवक्ता धर्मराज गैरेका अनुसार अध्यादेशहरू सरकारको सिफारिसमा जारी गरिएका हुन्। ती अध्यादेश नेपाल विज्ञान, प्रविधि तथा नवप्रवर्तनसम्बन्धी अध्यादेश हुन्।
