असोज २४ देखि २७ गतेसम्म परेको भारी वर्षाले देशभर धानबालीमा क्षति पुर्‍याएको छ। कृषि, वन तथा वातावरण मन्त्रालयका अनुसार २२९.३३ हेक्टर धान खेत प्रभावित हुँदा अनुमानित उत्पादन ४३८ मेट्रिक टनले घटेको छ। यसबाट २ करोड १७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको क्षति भएको मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ। मन्त्रालयका वरिष्ठ कृषि अर्थशास्त्री तथा सूचना अधिकारी डा. मणिरत्न अर्यालले यो विवरण दिएका हुन्।
