ऊर्जा, जलस्रोत तथा सिँचाइमन्त्री विराजभक्त श्रेष्ठले काठमाडौंस्थित ऊर्जा मन्त्रालयमा बुधबार भारतीय विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिश्रीसँग भेट गरी विद्युत् व्यापार विस्तार, निर्माणाधीन जलविद्युत् आयोजना सम्पन्न गर्ने र विपद् व्यवस्थापनबारे छलफल गरे। यसैगरी मन्त्री श्रेष्ठले नवीकरणीय ऊर्जामा निजी क्षेत्रको लगानी बढाउन आह्वान गर्दै यसलाई अनुदान र व्यक्तिगत आयोजनामा मात्र सीमित नराखी रोजगारी र उत्पादन वृद्धिको स्रोतका रूपमा विकास गर्नुपर्ने बताए। ऊर्जासम्बन्धी एक निकायको ३०औँ वार्षिकोत्सव कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै उनले नवीकरणीय ऊर्जालाई निजी लगानी र स्थानीय उद्यमशीलतासँग जोड्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिए।
