त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयले काठमाडौं उपत्यकाभित्र रहेको ७०५ रोपनी जग्गा फिर्ता लिएको छ। कानुनी रूपमा विश्वविद्यालयको स्वामित्वमा रहे पनि उक्त जग्गा विभिन्न संस्था, संगठन र व्यक्तिको कब्जामा रहेको थियो। शिक्षा, विज्ञान तथा खेलकुदमन्त्री सस्मित पोखरेलका अनुसार शिक्षा मन्त्रालयको समन्वयमा जग्गा फिर्ता गरिएको हो। सो जग्गा फिर्ताको जानकारी २०२६ नोभेम्बर ४ मा सार्वजनिक भएको छ।
