सञ्चार तथा सूचना प्रविधि मन्त्रालयले नयाँ स्मार्ट सवारीचालक अनुमतिपत्र अन्तरराष्ट्रिय मापदण्ड ISO 7810 अनुरूप रहेको र पहिलेको तुलनामा अधिक सुरक्षित तथा व्यावहारिक भएको जानकारी दिएको छ। मन्त्रालयले प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी गर्दै नयाँ लाइसेन्सको प्राविधिक संरचना, सुरक्षा तह र दीर्घकालीन रणनीतिबारे विस्तृत जानकारी सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। उक्त लाइसेन्स सुरक्षण मुद्रण केन्द्रमार्फत छापिँदै आएको छ।

Nepal's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has announced that the new smart driving license system is fully compliant with international standard ISO 7810 and is more secure and practical than previous versions. The Ministry issued a press release detailing the technical structure, security features, and long-term strategy behind the new license, which is printed through the Security Printing Centre. Officials stated the system meets international benchmarks and represents an upgrade in both safety and usability.
