नेपालका ७५३ स्थानीय तहमध्ये १३ वटाले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको बजेट सार्वजनिक गर्न सकेका छैनन्। संघीय मामिला तथा सामान्य प्रशासन मन्त्रालयका अनुसार ७४० स्थानीय तहले बजेट सार्वजनिक गरी कार्यान्वयन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएका छन्। बजेट ल्याउन बाँकी रहेकामध्ये १० वटा स्थानीय तह मधेश प्रदेशका रहेका छन्, जसमा सुखीपुर नगरपालिका र औरही गाउँपालिका समावेश छन्।
