नवनियुक्त प्रधानन्यायाधीश डा. मनोजकुमार शर्माले न्यायलयको कार्यसम्पादन र निष्पक्षतामा सुधार ल्याउन उच्च र जिल्ला अदालतका न्यायाधीशहरूलाई २१ बुँदे निर्देशन जारी गर्नुभएको छ। यस निर्देशनले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको अन्त्यसम्ममा दुई वर्षभन्दा पुराना सबै मुद्दाहरू फछ्र्यौट गरिसक्नुपर्ने कडा समयसीमा तोकेको छ। काठमाडौंमा संवैधानिक तथा न्यायिक पत्रकार मञ्चसँगको भेटमा प्रधानन्यायाधीश शर्माले आफ्नो कार्ययोजना अन्तर्गत स्वच्छ र प्रभावकारी न्याय सम्पादनका लागि आफू प्रतिबद्ध रहेको बताउनुभयो।
