नेपालको सर्वोच्च अदालतले सरकारद्वारा गठित सम्पत्ति छानबिन आयोगको काम तत्काल रोक्न अन्तरिम आदेश जारी गरेको छ। न्यायाधीशहरू टेकप्रसाद ढुंगाना र श्रीकान्त पौडेलको संयुक्त इजलासले अधिवक्ता डा. प्रेमराज सिलवालले दायर गरेको रिट निवेदनमाथि सुनुवाइ गर्दै उक्त आदेश दिएको हो। सन् २००६ देखिका उच्च पदस्थ अधिकारीहरूको सम्पत्ति छानबिन गर्ने जिम्मेवारी पाएको यस आयोगलाई अर्को सूचना नभएसम्म सम्पत्ति विवरण माग नगर्न निर्देशन दिइएको छ।
