नेपाली भाषाका आदिकवि भानुभक्त आचार्यको २१३ औँ जन्मजयन्ती सोमबार नेपाल र विदेशका विभिन्न स्थानमा विविध कार्यक्रमका साथ मनाइएको छ। भानु प्रतिष्ठानले नेपाल प्रज्ञा-प्रतिष्ठानमा आयोजना गरेको कार्यक्रममा सभामुख डोलप्रसाद अर्यालले भानुभक्तलाई नेपाली साहित्यिक चेतनाको प्रतीकका रूपमा स्मरण गर्नुभयो। परराष्ट्रमन्त्री शिशिर खनालले भानु माध्यमिक विद्यालयमा आयोजित समारोहमा बोल्दै भानुभक्तले नेपाली भाषाको माध्यमबाट विश्वभरका नेपालीलाई भावनात्मक रूपमा जोड्न महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याएको बताउनुभयो। यस अवसरमा काठमाडौँमा प्रभातफेरी, रथयात्रा र श्रद्धाञ्जली सभाहरू आयोजना गरिएका थिए।
