सर्वोच्च अदालतले सरकारी विज्ञापन र सूचनाहरू सरकारी सञ्चारमाध्यममा मात्र दिने सरकारको निर्णयलाई बदर गरिदिएको छ। न्यायाधीशहरू शारंगा सुवेदी र नृपध्वज निरौलाको संयुक्त इजलासले मंगलबार प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालयले जारी गरेको उक्त परिपत्र खारेज गर्ने आदेश दिएको हो। यो फैसलासँगै अब निजी सञ्चारमाध्यमहरूले पनि सरकारी विज्ञापन पाउने बाटो खुलेको छ।
