नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले सेयर बजारको मार्जिन लेन्डिङलाई व्यवस्थित गर्न 'मार्जिन कारोबार सञ्चालन नियमावली, २०८३' को मस्यौदा तयार पारेको छ। धितोपत्र ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ११६ अन्तर्गत तयार पारिएको यस नियमावलीले कर्जा लिने प्रक्रिया, धितो राख्न मिल्ने सम्पत्ति र डिफल्ट सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थालाई स्पष्ट पारेको छ। काठमाडौंमा तयार पारिएको यो नियमावली कार्यान्वयनमा आउनुअघि सरकारको अन्तिम स्वीकृतिको पर्खाइमा रहेको छ।
