नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डद्वारा संस्थागत ऋणपत्र निष्कासनसम्बन्धी नयाँ नियमावली प्रस्ताव

नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) ले सन् २०१६ को विद्यमान व्यवस्थालाई प्रतिस्थापन गर्न धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्कासन नियमावली, २०८३ को मस्यौदा सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। यस प्रस्तावित नियमावलीले बैंक र बीमा कम्पनीहरूमा मात्र सीमित रहेको ऋणपत्र बजारलाई अन्य संगठित संस्थाहरूका लागि पनि खुला गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। संस्थागत ऋणपत्र निष्कासनमा पहुँच विस्तार गरेर नेपालको पुँजी बजारलाई विविधीकरण गर्ने सेबोनको योजना रहेको छ।
