मधेश प्रदेशको गृह, सञ्चार तथा कानून मन्त्रालयले शान्ति सुरक्षा सुदृढ पार्न नेपाल प्रहरीलाई १२ वटा पिकअप भ्यान हस्तान्तरण गरेको छ। मन्त्री फकिरा महतोले सोमबार जनकपुरधाममा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रमका बीच यी सवारी साधनहरू प्रहरीलाई हस्तान्तरण गर्नुभयो। सातवटा जिल्लालाई एक-एक थान र सर्लाही जिल्लाका चन्द्रपुर तथा गरुडा इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालयसहित दुईवटा सवारी साधन उपलब्ध गराइएको छ।
