नारायणी नदीमा आएको बाढीले चितवनतर्फ करिब १.१५ किलोमिटर तटबन्धमा क्षति पुर्याएको छ। नारायणी पुलदेखि पश्चिम भरतपुर महानगरपालिकाको गोलाघाटसम्मको ३५ किलोमिटर खण्डमध्ये करिब २० किलोमिटरमा तटबन्ध निर्माण गरिएको छ। हालैको बाढीले सिद्धिगणेश वन क्षेत्रमा ६०० मिटर, मझुवा वनमा ३०० मिटर, हिरापुरमा १०० मिटर तथा गरेश्वर, गन्जीपुर र कटेरो वन क्षेत्रमा ५०/५० मिटर तटबन्ध बिगारेको सूचना अधिकृत सागर पौडेलले जानकारी दिए।
