अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोग (सीआईएए) ले मंगलबार विशेष अदालतमा पूर्व प्रधानमन्त्री माधव कुमार नेपाल, नेपाली कांग्रेसका नेता तथा पूर्व मन्त्री मिनेन्द्र रिजालसहित ९७ जनाविरुद्ध भ्रष्टाचार मुद्दा दायर गरेको छ। सार्वजनिक जग्गालाई छुट जग्गाका रूपमा दर्ता गर्ने मन्त्रिपरिषद् निर्णयमार्फत सार्वजनिक जग्गा निजी स्वामित्वमा सारिएको आरोप मुद्दामा छ। आयोगले उक्त मुद्दामा ७३ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँ बिगो दाबी गरेको छ।
