चितवन जिल्ला जग्गा समस्या समाधान समितिले रत्ननगर नगरपालिका–१२ का १७ परिवारलाई जग्गा धनी पुर्जा वितरण गरेको छ। लाभग्राहीमध्ये एक जना भूमिहीन दलित समुदायको, चार जना भूमिहीन अव्यवस्थित बसोबासी र १२ जना संगठित नभएका बसोबासी रहेका छन्। भूमि व्यवस्था, सहकारी तथा गरिबी निवारण मन्त्रालयको सचिवालयका अनुसार उक्त पुर्जा वितरण गरिएको हो।
