इन्धनको मूल्यवृद्धिका कारण चितवन जिल्लामा करिब १२५ ठेक्का रोकिन सक्ने अवस्था आएको छ। ठेकेदारहरूले इन्धनको बढेको मूल्यका कारण चलिरहेका आयोजनाहरू सञ्चालन गर्न आर्थिक रूपमा कठिन भएको बताएका छन्। यस स्थितिले जिल्लाभरका विकास तथा निर्माण कार्यहरूमा उल्लेखनीय ढिलाइ हुन सक्ने देखिएको छ।
