सत्तारुढ राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) को पहिलो महाधिवेशन आइतबार चितवनको भरतपुरस्थित गेस्टहाउस चौरमा सुरु भएको छ। पार्टी सभापति रवि लामिछाने र प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाहले संयुक्त रूपमा उद्घाटन गरेको यस कार्यक्रममा ४,००० भन्दा बढी प्रतिनिधिहरूको सहभागिता रहेको छ। उद्घाटन सत्रमा नेपाली कांग्रेसका गगन कुमार थापा र नेकपा एमालेका प्रदीप कुमार ज्ञवाली लगायत विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलका नेताहरूको उपस्थिति थियो। तीन दिनसम्म चल्ने यस महाधिवेशनले पार्टीलाई औपचारिक र कानुनी संरचनामा लैजाने विश्वास गरिएको छ।
राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) को केन्द्रीय समितिको बैठक आज भरतपुरस्थित क्याट होटलमा बस्दैछ। महासचिव कवीन्द्र बुर्लाकोटीका अनुसार आइतबारदेखि सुरु हुने पार्टीको पहिलो महाधिवेशनको तयारीलाई अन्तिम रूप दिन यो बैठक बोलाइएको हो। बैठकमा प्रतिनिधि व्यवस्थापन, महाधिवेशनका प्रतिवेदनहरू र पार्टीको विधान संशोधनका प्रस्तावहरूमाथि छलफल हुनेछ।
