अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोग (सीआईएए) ले काठमाडौंस्थित विशेष अदालतमा दुई छुट्टाछुट्टै भ्रष्टाचार मुद्दा दायर गरेको छ। एउटा मुद्दामा मुगुको खानेपानी, सिँचाइ तथा ऊर्जा विकास कार्यालयका पूर्व प्रमुख राजिव रिमालसहित आठ जनाविरुद्ध ९ लाख २६ हजार रुपैयाँ हिनामिना गरेको आरोप छ। अर्को मुद्दामा लमजुङको राइनास नगरपालिकाका पूर्व पदाधिकारी तथा निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधिसहित १० जनाविरुद्ध प्रधानमन्त्री रोजगार कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत विनियोजित १६ लाख रुपैयाँ काम नगरी दुरुपयोग गरेको आरोप छ।
