भूमि व्यवस्था, सहकारी तथा गरिबी निवारण मन्त्रालयका मन्त्री प्रतिभा रावलले प्रस्तावित संघीय निजामती सेवा विधेयकले निजामती सेवाको कार्यसम्पादन र जवाफदेहितामा ठूलो परिवर्तन ल्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको बताएकी छन्। सामाजिक सञ्जालमा लेख्दै मन्त्री रावलले गहिरो अध्ययन र व्यापक छलफलपछि विधेयकलाई अन्तिम रूप दिइएको उल्लेख गरेकी छन्। उनका अनुसार विधेयकले निजामती सेवालाई थप सक्षम, प्रभावकारी, दक्ष, जवाफदेह र परिणाममुखी बनाउनेछ।
