प्रधानन्यायाधीश मनोज कुमार शर्माले मंगलबार दिउँसो १ बजेका लागि न्याय परिषद्को बैठक आह्वान गरेका छन्। स्रोतका अनुसार बैठकमा सर्वोच्च अदालतका रिक्त न्यायाधीश पदहरू पूर्ति गर्ने सिफारिसलगायत विषयमा छलफल हुनेछ। सर्वोच्च अदालतमा हाल चार न्यायाधीश पद रिक्त छन्। न्याय परिषद्को अध्यक्षता प्रधानन्यायाधीशले गर्ने व्यवस्था छ।
