नेपाल लेयर्स पोल्ट्री फार्मर्स एसोसिएसनले यस वर्ष विश्व अण्डा दिवस चितवनमा सातादिने कार्यक्रमसहित मनाइरहेको छ। अण्डाको पोषण तथा स्वास्थ्य लाभबारे जनचेतना जगाउने उद्देश्यले यी कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरिएका हुन्। यस वर्ष विश्व अण्डा दिवस अक्टोबर ९ मा "प्रोटिन द्याट पावर्स एन्ड प्रोटेक्ट्स" भन्ने नारासहित पर्दछ। एसोसिएसनका अध्यक्ष बिनोदका अनुसार अण्डाको उपभोग बढाउन यी कार्यक्रम गरिएका छन्।
