मधेश प्रदेश सरकारले सरकारी बक्यौता फर्छ्यौट तथा सार्वजनिक बाँकी असुल गर्ने उद्देश्यले मधेश प्रदेश बक्यौता फर्छ्यौट कार्यविधि, २०२६ ल्याएको छ। प्रशासनिक कार्यविधि ऐन, २०१८ अन्तर्गत प्रदेश मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले स्वीकृत गरेको यो कार्यविधिले मन्त्रालय, कार्यालय तथा अन्य सार्वजनिक निकायमा रहेको बक्यौता फर्छ्यौट गर्ने संयन्त्र निर्धारण गरेको छ। मधेश प्रदेश सरकारको अर्थ मन्त्रालयले मधेश प्रदेश लेखापरीक्षण फर्छ्यौट कार्यविधि स्वीकृत गरी कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याएको छ। यी कदमले प्रदेशको वित्तीय जवाफदेहिता बलियो बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेका छन्।
