Contributions to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund have been gradually increasing to help the post-disaster management works in the country. According to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the Fund currently holds a total balance of Rs 13.68 billion. Of the total amount collected, almost Rs 10 billion is held in accounts across nine commercial banks.
