Rain affects several highways across country

According to the Nepal Police, due to the potential risk of flooding, all types of vehicles are banned from operating on the Khurkot–Nepalthok–Katunjebesi road section of the BP Highway connecting Kavrepalanchok and Sindhuli every day from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am until further notice. However, the road section will be open from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm.
